A customer hasn't replied - what do I do?

If you have responded to a message from a potential buyer and they have not replied, feel free to send a follow-up message to find out if they are still interested in your item.

Sometimes they might just need a nudge!

  1. Log in to your Vinterior account.

  2. Go to My Dashboard

  3. Go on My Inbox

  4. Click "Contact


Leave your request there. When the buyer replies, it will leave a thread so you can come back to it for reference.

You should also be notified via an automated Vinterior email when the buyer gets in touch.

Vinterior tips:

We would recommend allowing a couple of days to pass before chasing a customer, but you may wish to contact them again sooner if you have additional information that was missing from your first response.
