How can I remove a listing from Vinterior?

Removing a listing from Vinterior:

Vinterior understands that you may want to delete a listing entirely. Sellers cannot remove listings from the platform yet. In general, Vinterior ask that you mark the listing as 'sold', but the Seller Support Team can remove the listing completely in special cases (like if the listing is a duplicate for example). If you want to remove a listing because it has been sold, you can do so directly from your seller dashboard. Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your seller account.

  2. Navigate to the Listings section.

  3. Locate the listing you wish to remove.

  4. Click on Mark as Sold. This action will hide the item from being available for sale. Note that sellers cannot permanently delete listings themselves; permanent deletion is handled by Seller Support.

Have a listing that needs removing? Please inform a member of the team by emailing [email protected] with the URL of the listing, and Vinterior will remove it for you. When contacting support, ensure you provide the SKU or listing link to help streamline the process.

Removing duplicated listing:

For duplicate listings, sellers cannot remove them directly. To address this, identify the duplicate listing by noting its SKU or copying the listing link, and contact Seller Support. Provide the SKU or listing link and request that the duplicate listing be removed.

Contact Seller Support by emailing [email protected] with the SKU or listing link of the duplicate. The support team will handle the removal process for you.
