Before you can be paid
Your payment details need to be up to date and your Stripe Connect account enabled (unless Stripe Connect is not supported in your country). You can find more information on setting up your Stripe Connect account here.
When you get paid
You'll be paid after the buyer has received your item.
The length of time between successful delivery and your payout depends on our payment terms.
Items must be marked as delivered to initiate payment. You will not be paid for items unless they're marked as 'Delivered' on Vinterior.
Marking items as Dispatched and Delivered
If you use Proovia
No action from you is required.
Proovia automatically updates your order when the item is dispatched and delivered, so the payment process continues without any manual steps.
If you use your own courier
Step 1: Mark your item as dispatched
After shipping the item:
Go to My Sales
Click Update
Add the dispatch date and the expected delivery date.
If you're using one of our integrated couriers, add the tracking number. We'll update the delivery status automatically using the courier’s tracking information.
Step 2: Confirm delivery (only if tracking is unavailable)
If you provided a valid tracking number:
No action required. We'll automatically mark the item as delivered based on the courier’s tracking updates.
If the tracking link does not work, we'll contact you.
If your courier does not provide tracking:
Return to My Sales and mark the item as delivered once the buyer has received it. You will need to add the delivery date.
Here's an example of how this should appear on your account:
In your My Sales page, you’ll see Mark as delivered under Actions.
Once you click this, you’ll be asked to add the delivery date.
After delivery is confirmed
Once an item is marked delivered (by courier tracking updates or by you), the buyer is asked to confirm that the item arrived and to report any issues.
Please only mark an item as delivered after the buyer has received it.
If the buyer doesn't confirm delivery, we'll automatically mark the item as delivered 72 hours after they receive the delivery confirmation request.
How you know when you’ve been paid
You can track payouts in your Payments page.
Please note:
It can take up to 72 hours for a payout date to be scheduled.
You can also check when funds reach Stripe by logging into your Stripe Connect account and viewing your balance.
Sales receipts
Each week, our Seller Payment team sends a sales receipt for the commission charged on your orders.
The receipt includes:
Commission amount
VAT on commission
Listing details
Sale price
Date of sale

What happens if the buyer doesn’t confirm delivery?
We’ll automatically mark the item as delivered 72 hours after the buyer receives the delivery confirmation request.
Why can’t I see the option to mark as delivered?
This may be because:
Your order was placed before 27 April. Only orders placed on or after 27 April need to be marked as delivered.
You’re shipping with Proovia. Proovia automatically updates your order when the item is dispatched and delivered, so no action is required from you.
You provided a valid tracking number when marking the item as dispatched. We’ll automatically mark the item as delivered using the courier’s tracking updates.
Your item has not yet been marked as dispatched. Unless you’re shipping with Proovia, you’ll need to mark the item as dispatched before you can mark it as delivered.
When will I be paid?
You’ll receive payment within 3 to 14 days once the buyer confirms they’ve received the item, or 72 hours after we send the delivery confirmation request.
