Changing the email address on your professional seller account

Your seller email is the main login for your account and the address we use for everything from order notifications to payout receipts. Changing it is a manual process to keep your account secure.

How to change your email address

There's no self-serve option for this. Email us at [email protected] from your current registered email, and tell us the new address you'd like to use.

What verification we need

For security, we'll verify the change in two places before it goes through:

  • Confirmation on your old email.

  • Confirmation of your business address, VAT number, and ID where applicable.

  • Verification on your new email. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address. The change isn't complete until you click it.

Both steps need to be completed for the change to take effect. If you don't see either email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

What happens to your Stripe Connect account?

Nothing. Your Stripe Connect setup is separate from your Vinterior login, so changing the email on your seller account doesn't affect your payouts or trigger any re-verification with Stripe.

If you'd also like to update the email on your Stripe profile, you'll need to do that directly in your Stripe dashboard — but it's optional, and unrelated to your Vinterior account.
