My password does not seem to work

If you are struggling to log in, or have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below to reset your password:

Steps:

  1. Click the ‘forgot my password’ link when trying to log in.

  2. Go to your email and check for the reset password email (check junk/spam folders) .

  3. Reset the password and add a new (memorable) password.

  4. Repeat step 1 if this does not work.
