Vinterior expect you to keep your inventory up to date at all times, but here are some instructions on how to cancel a sale for the rare occasion that your item is no longer available. Cancellations can be a disappointing experience for buyers, so please always remember to write them a note in the cancellation details.
Steps to cancel a sale:
- Go on the order.
- Select NO when asked the availability.
- Select the cancellation reason.
- Add a kind note in the details text box (this will be sent to the buyer).
- Review your inventory so that it is up to date.
