When an order is placed on Vinterior, you have 72 hours to confirm it from your seller dashboard. If you do not confirm the sale within 72 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled and the buyer refunded. 



Why do I have 72 hours to confirm a sale?

  • Buyers expect their orders to be confirmed in a timely manner.  
  • Vinterior cannot ask buyers to wait longer than 72 hours for their order to be confirmed.
  • This deadline ensures that sellers regularly check their sales on the platform.


My order cancelled but the item is available, how can I reinstate the sale?

As the buyer is automatically refunded for the order, Vinterior will need their written permission to reinstated the order. If your order was automatically cancelled but the item is available, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact the buyer as soon as you can to explain why the order was automatically cancelled, and apologise for the inconvenience.
  2. Contact info@vinterior.co stating the item is available. Provide the Order Reference, the item price, and the delivery price.
  3. A Vinterior Customer Experience agent will then be able to reinstate the order for you. 


How can I be notified of my sales to prevent this from happening?
