I cannot access my seller account

If you are logged in but you cannot see your dashboard links, such as ‘my sales’ or ‘my payments’ please follow the instructions below to view your seller account:


Steps:

  1. Click on the dropdown list in the top right-hand corner, "My Account".

  2. Click on the "Account Settings" tab you will be directed to a new page.

  3. Scroll down and click on "View Seller account" in the "Seller Account" section. 

  4. You will be able to view all your past payments and dashboard information when on this page.
