Before getting paid, your payment details need to be up to date with your Stripe Connect account enabled (except if you are based in a country where Stripe Connect is not supported). More information here.
Mark your item as 'dispatched' after you have shipped it to the buyer:
Your payment is linked to you marking an item as dispatched on Vinterior. When you are ready to dispatch your item:
- Go on My Sales page
- Click the Update button
- Add the dispatch date
Vinterior makes payouts to sellers twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Seller payment is made three working days after dispatched on one of the above payment dates via Stripe. The funds are then transferred from your Stripe Connect account into your bank account.

The day you dispatch your item will determine when you receive your payment. For example:
- If you dispatch your item on a Monday, you will be paid on the next payment day following 3 working days, which would be Friday (4 days later). It will take 1 to 3 days to show in your bank account.
How am I notified when I have been paid?
Every Friday after the payout has been transferred to your Stripe Connect account, our Seller Payment Department sends a sales receipt for the commission taken on each of your sales.
This will show the amount of commission and the VAT taken on that commission. To facilitate your reconciliation, this sale receipt also shows the listing details, price and date of sale.
