Payment Terms

All payments to sellers on Vinterior are made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Seller payments will be released after delivery confirmation. The time period between delivery confirmation and payout release will be dependent on your seller tier.

Professional Sellers

There are two professional seller tiers:

Fast payout: 3 days after delivery confirmation.

Standard payout: 14 days after delivery confirmation. (This tier typically applies to new sellers, sellers who haven’t made many sales on the platform yet or sellers with high returns/cancellation rates)

Non-Professional Sellers

Payouts to all non-professional sellers will be initiated once the returns window has closed,  which is 30 days after delivery confirmation.  This helps ensure buyer trust and safety on the platform, while protecting all parties if an issue arises during the returns period.

Receiving Your Payout

Vinterior will make payouts to sellers (via the Stripe platform) twice per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. This means that if your payment is released for payout on a Thursday, it will be paid into your Stripe account on Friday.

Please note that once we have sent payments to Stripe, there may be a time lag before the funds are available to you in your Stripe account, which is outside of our control. You must have a Stripe Connect account so that you can receive payments from Vinterior, and within the time period outlined above.

Payout Checks

All seller payouts are screened for a variety of risk factors. Payouts that are flagged may be delayed whilst further due diligence is carried out on the order.
