As soon as an order is placed, you can get in touch with the buyer through Vinterior.

To get in touch with the buyer please follow these steps: 


  • Kindly log in to your Vinterior account.
  • Go to "My Sales" and click on the relevant order.
  • Click "Contact Buyer" 
  • Leave your request there. When the buyer replies, it will leave a thread so you can come back to it for reference. You should also be notified via an automated Vinterior email when the buyer gets in touch.


Make sure to be courteous as and offer the best answer you can.

  • Provide as much information as possible - answer the questions before they are asked
