Partnering with Proovia
In response to seller feedback regarding wanting delivery support, we're now offering a UK-to-UK delivery service with the established courier company Proovia.
What does Proovia promise sellers?
- Item collection in 48hr
- Delivery to buyers in less than 7 days (Mon-Sat)
- Premium support 7 days a week
- Vinterior will automatically book deliveries - the seller doesn't have to do anything.
- Fixed delivery prices based on our delivery size grid with competitive rates for medium £50, large £60, and extra-large £80 items.
What items can be shipped with Proovia?
- UK listings going to UK buyers (click here for postcode exclusions)
- Listings with an advertised delivery price
- Items under £5000
- Listings categorized as medium, large or extra-large in Vinterior's delivery size grid.
The process
- You can choose our Proovia delivery service when confirming a sale as and when you want to -No sign-up needed!
- We'll then arrange everything for you and pay Proovia on your behalf (less our commission)
- Proovia will reach out to you directly to arrange collection from you and deliver it to your buyer.
- You will receive a tracking link for your item that will be shared with the buyer and automatically updated.
How does payment work?
- The delivery costs paid by buyers for Proovia are medium £50, large £60, and extra-large £80 items.
- If you have your own delivery grid prices, you can choose to update your delivery to match these Proovia prices. Buyer would then pay Vinterior for the delivery at check out, and we would send it directly to Proovia (we charge buyers at cost price to give them the best deal we can)
- If your delivery grid prices are higher than Proovia's rates, and you then select Proovia at confirmation, we will refund the buyer the difference in price.
- If your delivery grid prices are lower, we will charge you the difference by deducting it from your payout as per the example below.

Do I need to sign up to use Proovia?
No, you can choose our Proovia delivery option as and when you want when confirming your orders.
What are the T&Cs?
By choosing to ship your items via Proovia, you are agreeing to Proovia's T&Cs and to comply with their packaging guidelines.
Do I need to update my delivery prices?
As of March, you can no longer use Proovia if your listings are advertised as 'free delivery'. If you have delivery prices on your listings, you can keep them as they are and still use Proovia. If you want us to update your delivery grid to match Proovia's prices, please email [email protected].
Will the order be tracked?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number that will automatically be updated. It will also be shared with the buyer.
As a seller, who do I need to contact if I need support with a delivery job?
Proovia will answer all your delivery questions at [email protected] and +44 121 314 2780. Payment and cancellation questions should go to Vinterior as it is now.
The buyer got in touch with questions regarding the delivery - who should I contact?
Proovia will always be able to assist you better as they can provide live updates. You can also direct the buyer to get in touch with Proovia directly.
How do payments work?
Delivery payments will be handled between Vinterior and Proovia.
