This article will explain how the Analytics tab on your dashboard works. It will be split into the following sections:

Top statistics:

At the top of this page, you can see three tiles that show key figures linked to your sales performance on Vinterior in the past 30 daysThese key figures are:

  1. Number of page views
  2. Number of times your listings were added to a buyer’s basket and wishlist
  3. Generated revenue


By clicking on each tile, you can see the breakdown and distribution of these figures across different days.

1. Page views: you can see the total number of page views your listings accumulated in the past 30 days. When clicking on the Page view tile you can see a table that shows the number of page views on a given day.


2. Items added to basket and wishlist: you can see how many times your items were added to a potential buyer’s basket and wishlist in the past 30 days. When clicking on the Recently added to baskets and wishlists tile, you can see a table that shows the number of times these two actions were performed on a given day.


3. Revenue: you can view what was your Vinterior sales in the last 30 days. When clicking on the Revenue tile, you can see the amount and dates this revenue was generated.

Most popular products:

In the Most popular products section of this page, you have a clearer view of which of your products are the most popular amongst Vinterior buyers.

This section of the page is linked to the three key figures that are shown at the top of your Analytics page.


1. Page views: under the table that appears when you click on this tile, you can which of your listings are the most popular in terms of page views. Listings are shown from those which have a higher to a lower number of views.


2. Items added to basket and wishlist: under the table that appears when you click on this tile, you can see your most popular listings in terms of the number of times they were added to a buyer’s basket and wishlist. Listings are shown from most to least popular compared to these 2 actions performed by buyers.


3. Revenue: under the table that appears when you click on this tile, you can see what items were sold and generated your revenue on Vinterior. Listings are shown from the ones that generated the most to least revenue.


My inventory health report:

After thorough research, we have found that listings that display the three following features are more likely to be sold:

  • 10 out of 13 fields on the listing form are completed
  • A detailed description of 450 characters or more
  • 7 or more pictures

This section of the page monitors the health of your inventory based on the metrics listed above.


Field completion score: see the percentage of your listings that have at least 80% of the fields on the listing form completed. 

Word count score: see the percentage of your listings that have at least 450 characters.

Image count score: see the percentage of your listings that have at least 7 images.

When clicking on each of these metrics, you can view which listings you can target and prioritise in order to make them sell more quickly.
