Has the item arrived in a condition that was different from when it was dispatched? As a marketplace, the Returns Team will ensure that you are protected should you receive a damaged item.
What to do next:
Take photographs of the damage.
Notify Vinterior immediately, or in the right circumstance, to the buyer.
Send the photographs to info@vinterior.co or via the order conversation on the Vinterior platform.
Vinterior’s return policy states: “Vinterior will not be able to process the refund and the seller may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs) [...] Vendors may refuse a return of an item if it has been altered by the Customer in any way.”
Vinterior Tip: Based on the individual circumstances, an agreement can be made for compensation, a partial refund, or to send the item back to the buyer.
